We make our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, first cold press, of course, using the traditional method.

The olives are simply crushed by a millstone. Thanks to this method and to our soil, our different varieties of olive trees, and the proportion chosen by our Master blender. We can offer a mild and fruity olive oil, in pure Provence tradition. |
