The taste of our olive oil comes from the soil of our region,
and from a mix of 8 different types of traditional olive trees from Provence.
The proportions are those we have chosen for the orchard.

In this way, we obtain the desired flavour, the same every year.
That is why the olive oil we sell is unique !
